1. ORGANIZER:

Selver Tallinn Volleyball Club

2. TIME AND PLACE:

The competitions will take place from February 27 to March 1, 2026, in Tallinn. The competitions will start on Friday, February 27, at 10:00 a.m. and end on March 1 at 4:00 p.m.

3. PARTICIPANTS:

Participants:

  • U-18 boys (born in 2009 or later) net height 2.43
    The games will take place at the Taltech Sports Hall.
  • U-18 girls 1. League (born in 2009 and later) net height 2.24
    Games will be held at the Sõle Sports Center.
  • U-18 girls 2. League (born in 2009 and later) net height 2.24
    Games will be held at the Õismäe Sports Hall.
  • U-16 boys (born in 2011 and later) net height 2.35
    Games will be held at the Nord Sports Hall.
  • U-16 girls 1. League (born in 2011 and later) net height 2.20
    Games will be held at the Lilleküla Gymnasium.
  • U-16 girls 2. League (born in 2011 and later) net height 2.20
    Games will be held at Õismäe Sports Hall. 
  • U-14 girls (born in 2013 and later) net height 2.20
    Games will take place at the Pirita Gymnasium of Economics.
  • U-14 boys (born in 2013 and late) net height 2.25
    Games will take place at the Pelgulinna State Gymnasium.

Team size up to 14 players + 2 coaches.

4. REGISTRATION:

Teams must be registered on the website tallinnvolley.ee.

5. COMPETITION SYSTEM:

Games will be played according to the official FIVB volleyball rules. In the preliminary round, each match will consist of 3 games to 25 points, with a two-point difference, where each game won earns one point. The ranking will be determined first by the number of wins, then by the number of games won, and finally by the difference between points won and lost. From the quarterfinals onwards, two games will be played to 25 points, with a two-point difference. If necessary, a decisive third game will also be played to 25 points, with a two-point difference.

Each team is guaranteed at least 5 games.

6.AWARDS:

The teams that place 1st-3rd in each category will be awarded trophies, medals, and prizes.

7.FINANCES:

The costs associated with the competition will be covered by the sending organizations.

The participation fee is €125 per person (includes accommodation, two nights with breakfast, three lunches and two dinners). It is also possible to book an extra night for €30 per person. For an additional fee, accommodation in a single room is €25 per night.
