2. DATE AND LOCATION:

The tournament will take place from February 26 to February 28, 2027, in Tallinn. The tournament

begins on Friday, February 26, at 10:00 a.m. and ends on February 28 at 4:00 p.m.

3. PARTICIPANTS:

Participants:

• U-20 boys (born in 2008 or later), net height 2.43
• U-18 boys (born in 2010 or later), net height 2.43
• U-16 boys (born in 2012 or later), net height 2.35
• U-14 boys (born in 2014 or later), net height 2.25
• U-20 girls (born in 2008 or later), net height 2.24
• U-18 girls, 1st Division (born in 2010 or later), net height 2.24
• U-18 Girls, 2nd Division (born in 2010 or later), net height 2.24
• U-16 Girls, 1st Division (born in 2012 or later), net height 2.20
• U-16 Girls 2nd Division (born in 2012 or later) net height 2.20
• U-14 Girls (born in 2014 or later) net height 2.15

Team size: up to 14 players + 2 coaches.

4. REGISTRATION:

5. TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

Matches will be played in accordance with the official FIVB volleyball rules. In the group stage, all matches consist of 3 sets to 25 points, with a two-point margin, where each set win earns one point. In determining the standings, wins are considered first, followed by sets won, and finally the difference between points won and lost. Starting with the quarterfinals, matches are played to the best of three sets, each to 25 points with a two-point margin. If necessary, a decisive third set is also played to 25 points with a two-point margin. Each team is guaranteed at least 5 matches.

6. AWARDS:

The teams placing 1st through 3rd in each category will be awarded trophies, medals, and prizes.

7. EXPENSES:

Expenses related to the competition will be covered by the sending organizations. The participation fee is 130 euros per person (includes accommodations, two nights with breakfast, three lunches, and two dinners). An additional night can be booked for 32 euros per person. For an additional fee, single-room accommodations are available for 28 euros per night.
